Red Pot Pottery

After 11 years of teaching fine arts, I embarked on my life-long desire to become a potter in 1998. I openly embraced aesthetic and artistic touch with the professional experience I have acquired over time. No two pieces of my pottery will ever be alike, for each piece is a singular and original piece to be enjoyed. The final product of my pottery is unique, beautiful, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. I am also an active member in BC pottery association and have received Fraser Valley Potters Merit Certificate in 2011 and 2012.

I use both the wheel and my hands to make my work. My work explores the beauty of nature, color and form. I meticulously carve hundreds of little flowers and leaves to create simple yet detailed pieces. I do not use any stencils, nor do I use any stamps to create my pottery so all of my work is unique and one of a kind.
